The Bamboozle Festival is an artist development resource that has launched the careers of so many of today's top national recording artists and celebrities, while providing incredible entertainment to over 1 million fans over the past 9 years. It's taking place for 3 days in Asbury Park, NJ - May 18, 19, 20 2012.

IS BAMBOOZLE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
For our guests with disabilities, there are several wheelchair accessible viewing platforms from which to view the events. Stay Tuned for More information closer to the event.
WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?
Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. On site parking is very limited! Metered street parking will be available for around 5,000 cars. Non-metered parking spaces are available from areas within walking distances, plus free festival shuttles will be available along Main Street from both Belmar and Long Branch delivering fans directly in front of The Bamboozle Box Office located in the Old Carousel building on the corner of Ocean and Asbury Ave. Shuttle times will be posted along with consistently updated information for all traffic and parking details.
The Bamboozle will also engage social networks to continuously update parking and traffic before, during and after the event. Game Day Traffic Management, in association with the City of Asbury Park, The State of New Jersey and local support services are currently working on plans to execute an effective and strategic traffic operation for our fans and the local community.

IS THERE RE-ENTRY?
No. There is no re-entry on any day of the festival at any time.
WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT TO THE FESTIVAL
Asbury Park is located 45 minutes away from Newark Airport in Newark. New Jersey. Airports such as LaGuardia, JFK, Atlantic City, and Philadelphia are in the vicinity of the festival grounds but are farther away. NJ Transit Train service to Asbury Park is available from Newark Airport.
CAN MY BAND BE ADDED TO THE LINE-UP?
The Bamboozle Talent Team takes pride in searching the globe for the best talent. Unfortunately, we do not accept any demos. The Break Contest is the official contest for any artist, DJ, band or group to earn a slot on at this year’s event. For more info please visit: TheBreakContest.com.

WILL THERE BE EMERGENCY STAFF?
There will be EMT's on site in multiple locations along with Police and Security throughout the festival grounds. Please see the Bamboozle Map (coming soon) for the locations of the medical tents. The City Of Asbury Park and other local Emergency Services will assist our fans.
The Bamboozle Festival asks our guests to help us in assisting any guest who maybe in need of help or medical assistance.
HOW MANY STAGES WILL THERE BE?
There will be Nine Stages. All Bands Will Be Given Full Sets!
IS THERE A PICK UP/ DROP OFF AREA?
Yes there will be safe and secure Drop Off/Pick Up for the Festival. Please check back closer to the festival for more details.
WILL THERE BE FOOD AT THIS EVENT?
There will be delicious food available from official Bamboozle concession stands located throughout the festival. For guests 21 years of age and older who intend to consume alcohol, please have a valid state-issued identification with you at all times while at the festival.
WHAT KIND OF FOOD IS AT BAMBOOZLE?
The Bamboozle will offer a wide variety of food options; From Vegan to Vegetarian to Funnel Cakes, delicious festival style concessions will be available for hungry festival goers. Unlike past years, Festival organizers will have input into the menus. Expect to see local favorites, popular food trucks and other cool meal options. IS THERE A PARENTS’ AREA?
A parent’s area will be available at The Stone Pony and other attractions along the Asbury Park Boardwalk, including various restaurants, mini-golf and Pinball Museum/Arcade.
The Bamboozle Festival encourages families to attend the event; there will be Amusement Rides and activities along the historic oceanfront boardwalk in between Asbury Ave. and The Bamboozle Festival entrance near Convention Hall.
Our Carousel Box Office staff will be happy to assist any concerned parent and will serve an area for parental drop off and pick up. Parents are encouraged to spend the afternoon in Asbury Park and experience the renovation and history of a music icon.
IS PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO THE FESTIVAL AVAILABLE?
Bus and train service will be available via the New Jersey Transit Authority and Academy Bus. Details available soon on the following websites: www.njtransit.com and www.academybus.com.
The Bamboozle Festival Site is a 10 Minute Walk from the Asbury Park Train and Bus Station. The Academy Bus Service from Port Authority Stops in front of the festival entrance on Kingsley Avenue.
Festival Organizers Encourage All Festival Goers To Utilize All Methods Of Public Transportation. The BEST WAY to travel to Bamboozle is NJ Transit. Special Festival Train And Bus Services Will Be Posted With Single Day Wristband Sales.
Free Festival Shuttle Service Will Be Available Daily, Servicing Areas From Belmar To Long Branch. Shuttle routes will be updated soon so please check back.
Hotel Shuttles are available for a fee. Routes and Pricing will vary and will be provided soon so please check back for updates.
Media Credentials
Please check back in March for more information on how to submit a request for a media (journalist/photographer/TV) credential to cover the festival.
PLEASE NOTE: No professional cameras will be allowed within the festival grounds. No filming or recording is permitted without written permission from The Bamboozle Festival and its producers. Anyone caught filming or recording will be subject to immediate ejection and confiscation of content captured.

WILL THERE BE SHUTTLE SERVICES?
The Bamboozle will provide shuttle services around town, surrounding areas and to all area hotels. We encourage all fans who park in surrounding areas to utilize the free shuttle service provided by the festival. Hotel shuttle schedules will be available as will service from remote parking locations like PNC banks arts center and other academy bus commuter lots.
The shuttle services will run 4 hours before the event daily and will operate until 3am daily.
The Bamboozle will activate various social networking techniques to update and inform all Bamboozle guests.
CAN I BRING AN UMBRELLA?
No.
IS A 3-DAY PASS 3 SEPARATE Wristbands?
No. It is one wristband that is good for the entire weekend. Void if removed or tampered with.
CAN I USE MY SKATEBOARD TO GET AROUND THE SITE?
No. But feel free to enjoy the Skate an Surf recreation inside convention hall
CAN I STASH MY SKATEBOARD ON SITE?
Yes. We will have lockers onsite.

As much as we all like to fish, we don't have enough staff to help untangle lines.

While Asbury boardwalk is pet friendly, Bamboozle already has enough pets of its own.
I FORGOT MY WRISTBAND?
Your wristband is EVERYTHING. DON'T FORGET IT. That should be pretty clear

Yes, there are two within walking distance and 25 plus within a ten mile radius. For more info check the HOTEL section. The festival will provide paid shuttle service round trip from area hotels.
SHOULD I BUY BOOTLEG MERCH?
No, these shirts are known to tear apart in the wash and even contain bed bugs, please don't purchase anything from street vendors. We will be strictly patrolling the streets with the assistance of local, city and state police services. Any vendors selling merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. HOW DO I GET TICKETS?
The Bamboozle Festival 2012 will not be issuing any tickets for the 2012 event. Every patron will receive a wristband in advance of the show that will serve as their means of entry and other unique services and programs.
Do not buy a ticket from anyone; all wristbands are registered to each consumer who purchases a 3 day pass or single day wristband.
